“Early Childhood Quality in New Normal Era: Opportunities of Community Capacity
(คุณภาพเด็กปฐมวัยในยุคฐานวิถีชีวิตใหม่: โอกาสศักยภาพชุมชน)”

พิธีเปิดหลักสูตรจัดขึ้นอย่างเป็นทางการ โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก คุณกฤษฎา ผกากาญจน์ ผู้อำนวยการกองความร่วมมือด้านทุน เป็นประธานในพิธี และ ศาสตราจารย์เกียรติคุณ ดร.วิภาดา คุณาวิกติกุล รองอธิการบดีส่วนวิทยาศาสตร์สุขภาพ สถาบันการจัดการปัญญาภิวัฒน์ ให้เกียรติเข้าร่วมกล่าวต้อนรับและแสดงวิสัยทัศน์ต่อผู้เข้าอบรม

หลักสูตรนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเสริมสร้างความรู้และทักษะให้กับผู้เข้าอบรม โดยมุ่งเน้นที่การส่งเสริมภาวะโภชนาการของเด็กปฐมวัย การพัฒนาทักษะสมองส่วนหน้า (Executive Function: EF) ของเด็ก การป้องกันโรคติดเชื้อในเด็กปฐมวัย และการพัฒนาทักษะในการออกแบบโครงการส่งเสริมสุขภาพเด็กในระดับชุมชน การอบรมประกอบด้วยการบรรยาย การฝึกปฏิบัติ การอภิปรายกลุ่ม และการศึกษาดูงาน โดยหัวข้อหลักๆ ได้แก่ แนวโน้มสุขภาพเด็กในยุคฐานวิถีชีวิตใหม่ นโยบายและแผนการพัฒนาเด็กปฐมวัยของประเทศไทย การประเมินภาวะโภชนาการและพัฒนาการของเด็ก การส่งเสริม EF ในเด็กและบทบาทของครอบครัวและชุมชน การป้องกันโรคติดเชื้อที่พบบ่อยในเด็ก การออกแบบโครงการส่งเสริมสุขภาพโดยใช้สถานการณ์สมมติและการแสดงบทบาทสมมติ รวมถึงการศึกษาดูงานสถานที่ดูแลเด็กปฐมวัยของไทย ซึ่งเป็นการเรียนรู้จากประสบการณ์จริงในบริบทของประเทศไทยหลักสูตรนี้ช่วยเพิ่มพูนทั้งความรู้เชิงวิชาการและประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ระหว่างประเทศ

หลักสูตรอบรมดังกล่าวได้สิ้นสุดลงอย่างเป็นทางการเมื่อวันที่ 2 พฤษภาคม 2568 ตลอดระยะเวลา 2 สัปดาห์ ผู้เข้าอบรมจากหลากหลายประเทศได้ร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์และแนวคิดอย่างสร้างสรรค์ ก่อให้เกิดบรรยากาศการเรียนรู้ที่มีชีวิตชีวาและเปิดกว้าง บรรยากาศในวันปิดอบรมสะท้อนถึงความสัมพันธ์ที่อบอุ่นและความเคารพซึ่งกันและกัน หลักสูตรนี้ไม่เพียงเป็นเวทีแห่งการเรียนรู้ หากยังเป็นจุดเริ่มต้นของความร่วมมือระหว่างประเทศในอนาคต ท่ามกลางรอยยิ้มและไมตรีจิตจากผู้เข้าร่วมทุกคน เราหวังเป็นอย่างยิ่งว่าจะได้พบกันอีกในโอกาสข้างหน้า

International Training Course

“Early Childhood Quality in New Normal Era: Opportunities of Community Capacity”

The School of Nursing, Panyapiwat Institute of Management (PIM), in collaboration with the Department of International Cooperation (TICA), Ministry of Foreign Affairs, organized an international training course titled “Early Childhood Quality in New Normal Era: Opportunities of Community Capacity” from April 21 to May 2, 2025, under the Thailand Annual International Training Course (AITC) program.

This 10–day course was divided into two weeks as follows:
• Week 1 (April 21–25, 2025) was held at Amari Don Muang Airport Hotel, Bangkok.
• Week 2 (April 28–May 2, 2025) was held at Grand Jomtien Palace Hotel, Chonburi Province.

The course aimed to support the comprehensive development of early childhood in line with Sustainable Development Goal 3 (SDG 3): Health and Well–being for Children, focusing on nurturing children during crucial growth periods with community involvement.

A total of 18 participants from 13 countries attended the course: Algeria, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Burkina Faso, Chile, Ethiopia, Fiji, Ghana, Indonesia, Lao PDR, Nepal, Nigeria, and Sri Lanka. The participants included experts in health and community leaders working in child development and public health.

The opening ceremony was officially held, with the honor of Mr. Kritsada Pakkakarn, Director of the Cooperation Division, serving as the presiding officer. Professor Emeritus Dr. Vipada Kunaviktikul, Vice President for Health Sciences at PIM, also joined the ceremony to welcome and provide an insightful speech to the participants.

The course objectives were to enhance knowledge and skills among participants, focusing on promoting early childhood nutrition, developing executive function (EF) skills, preventing infectious diseases in young children, and designing community–based child health promotion projects. The training included lectures, hands–on practice, group discussions, and field visits. Key topics covered included: trends in child health in the new normal era, Thailand’s early childhood development policies and plans, assessing the nutrition and development of children, promoting EF in children and the role of families and communities, preventing common infectious diseases in children, designing health promotion projects using case studies and role–playing, as well as field visits to Thai early childhood care facilities. The course offered both academic knowledge and real–life learning experiences in the context of Thailand.

The training course concluded on May 2, 2025. Over the two–week period, participants from various countries exchanged experiences and ideas creatively, creating a lively and open learning environment. The atmosphere on the final day reflected mutual respect and warmth among participants from diverse cultures. This course was not only an educational platform but also a starting point for future international collaboration. With smiles and goodwill from all attendees, we hope to meet again in future training courses.
